1. Products (Specification and Materials)

What are your products made from?

Our products are manufactured using FSC certified, pressure-treated softwood timber.

What colours and paint finish do you use for your products?

We stock our products in 25 exclusive colour options including a natural finish. Please refer to our Products page to see our attractive & complimentary range of colours for yourself.

For the painting process, we use a 3-coat, water-based system that consists of primer, undercoat and topcoat.

Touch-up paint is supplied with all orders.

How are your products constructed?

Our methods of construction are superior to most other trellis manufacturers. Our jointed, flush-faced panels have greater strength and a distinctive appearance, which puts them into a quality and durability class of their own.

We use sturdy 22mm x 25mm battens which are individually half-lap jointed where they intersect and are secured using stainless steel fixings, which makes for an exceptionally strong and rigid panel.

Do you provide a custom service?

We do not make any custom panels. We supply our standard range only.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products?

We do not offer a guarantee (standard terms and conditions apply). However, we stand by our product and would not walk away from any problem caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials. Please contact us if you experience any issues.

How long can I expect my products to last?

We would expect the timber to last at least 15 years.

The life expectancy of the paint is dependent on exposure to the elements. We would expect the paint finish to last for between 3-5 years under normal conditions. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.

2. Sustainability and Environmental Policy

Are your products manufactured in the UK?

Yes. All our timber products are manufactured in the UK by our own skilled craftsmen.

Are your products sustainable?

We use FSC or PEFC certified timber. Please refer to the Sustainability page for more information.

3. Delivery

Will you deliver to my address and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We deliver almost anywhere in the UK. To find out more information on our pricing structures and delivery service, please refer to the Delivery Information Page  and delivery Terms & Conditions. If you cannot find your location on the delivery information page, please contact us and we will find you a competitive delivery price.

I'm not going to be at home when my delivery is scheduled. Will it still be delivered to me?

If you know you are not going to be in on your expected delivery date, please contact us and we can arrange for it to be delivered
on an alternative date,to a neighbour (with your approval) or left in a safe place. Please note that if you wish for your items to be left at your property, the items become your responsibilty once they have been delivered and we accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to them.

You must contact us in advance if you can no longer accept your order on the organised date, or if you would like to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If you do not inform us then your order will be returned to our workshops upon failed delivery and you may need to pay a repeat delivery charge. How will the product be delivered?

Depending on what products are ordered and where the delivery is going, we use a number of delivery methods. These include Royal Mail, pallet services and our own delivery man and van. Please note that our delivery charges are for a road-side drop-off service only and we cannot guarantee that our drivers will be able to move your order elsewhere for you.

4. Installation

How do I get help installing my product(s)?

All products come with a set of full instructions. These are also available on request.

Please Contact Us if you require additional advice.  We can provide installation please give us a call or email and we are happy to quote.

What fixings and/or tools are provided to install my products?

We supply all necessary screws for fixing panels to posts. Wall fixings are not supplied.

Will I require planning permission?

This is the responsibility of the purchaser. We would recommend you check any local planning laws.

5. Samples

Will you send out samples?

Yes, these are available at a small cost. You can order these via our online shop.

6. Returns

Can I return a product?

We take pride in the quality and reliability of our products and service; however, in the unlikely event that your goods are delivered in a damaged or soiled condition, please do not accept them and contact us (or ask the driver to contact us) as soon as possible. What are your payment terms and where can I view your terms and conditions of business?

We require full payment with orders, using our secure online payment system. You can view more information and full terms on the Terms & Conditions page.
